3PC3-piece set effect: Wearer's HP +1000. After the wearer applies Amp, Protected, Susceptibility, or Weakened, other teammates gain DMG Dealt +16% for 15s. This effect cannot stack.
No Set: If another ally already triggers the non-stacking Eternal Xiranite buff, no set can work better, since Secondary Attribute% multiplies the Intellect behind Xaihi's Ultimate Amp, though it costs Ultimate Gain Efficiency and any set bonus.
